Here we have a specialized separator for processing organic waste, biomass, compost, and similar materials. The separator is fitted with special shafts, making it suitable for shredding soft materials such as beets, potatoes, bread, etc. Organic waste is shredded and torn apart, allowing for better bacterial penetration. This makes the separator especially suitable for turning and aerating compost. We took the separator back from a customer who no longer needed it.

The housing was originally designed for a four-shaft separator. We have modified it so that only three shafts are installed, creating more space between the shafts. Since the shafts rotate in opposite directions, optimal material feed is ensured.

The separator is equipped with a Volvo wheel loader attachment. When operating with compost, the loader should weigh approximately 8 tons.
