Powered hydraulically, e.g. via the auxiliary circuit for the ditch cleaning bucket! The magnet contains a hydraulic motor which drives a generator that in turn powers the electromagnet.
No separate generator required.
The magnet is powered via the excavator's hydraulic system.
You only need two hydraulic hoses to connect to the excavator, forklift, or wheel loader.
A hydraulic motor inside the magnet drives the generator unit within the magnet.
You switch the magnet on and off using the excavator’s joystick.
A truly ingenious design!

Suitable for excavators from 5–14 t. Ideally for 6–13 t machines with a hydraulic quick coupler such as Likufix, OilQuick, Lehmatic, or similar, allowing fast changeover from bucket/grab to magnet.

The purchase price pays for itself quickly due to the fast separation of rebar and other steel parts (even handles medium-sized steel beams, see photo), and the resulting scrap metal rebate!

The magnet has seen very little use and is in excellent, ready-to-use condition.
The electronics have been improved (new electrolytic capacitors, more robust build—see last photos).
