Deskripsi
In its class, the machine offers by far the greatest dielectric fluid height above the table. Adjusting the dielectric in the continuously adjustable tank is simple and quick.
The machine features high rigidity thanks to preloaded linear guides. The moment of inertia of the C-axis is comparatively high, at 0.6 kg/m². In addition, the machine comes with a high-precision measurement system. Even demanding EDM processes can be performed economically and with utmost precision using the genius 700. “On-the-fly” filter changes prevent downtime, and the central lubrication unit shortens maintenance times. The genius 700 can be connected from two sides, allowing for flexible positioning. The height-adjustable control panel is ergonomically designed, making seated operation possible.
