- Cap embroidery system: A complete kit including cap drives, holders, and embroidery hoops (so-called cap frames). This allows wide field embroidery, which is essential for baseball cap or snapback production.
- Embroidery hoop set for finished garments: A full set of round and rectangular hoops in various sizes. These enable stable clamping and direct embroidery on t-shirts, sweatshirts, fleeces, or jackets.
- Patch frame: A special frame that utilizes the machine's entire work area. Ideally suited for batch production of patches, emblems, or embroidery on large fabric pieces (panels, towels).

Supported production types include:

1. Cap embroidery
The kit includes specialist drives and attachments dedicated to caps. This enables embroidery at a wide angle (so-called 270-degree embroidery), which is necessary for decorating e.g. baseball caps with wide designs.

2. Embroidery on finished garments
The set of hoops (round and square) enables quick mounting of t-shirts, sweatshirts, jackets, or bags. The ZSK arm system features a very narrow construction, facilitating embroidery in hard-to-reach areas, such as wider sleeves or trousers legs.

3. Roll goods and patch embroidery
The included frame allows using the machine’s full field of operation. This is an ideal solution for mass-producing “sheet” patches or embroidering large logos on the back of workwear garments.
