Overview

This combi block consisting of a blow molding machine, filler, and capper was manufactured by ACMI (Italy). The machine is fully operable at floor level and offers a double-cavity design (one mold = two bottles with up to 70 mm diameter), making it a highly efficient solution. This reduces the required footprint by up to 17% compared to traditional single-cavity systems at the same output, improving accessibility along the production line. The increased throughput for smaller formats enables better utilization of downstream equipment, resulting in an improved ROI for the total investment (100% additional output for smaller formats at less than 36% additional capital cost).

The BLO2FILL ESF 12/120/20 is designed for the production of PET bottles and subsequent filling and capping in one integrated system. The machine is suitable for carbonated water, still water, and carbonated soft drinks.
