Configuration:
The slicer is equipped with 4 magazines consisting of:
- Four synchronous peg belt conveyors, servo-driven
- Four chutes sized according to the products to be sliced
- Pneumatic release to separate chutes from belts for loading
CUTTING CARRIAGE
Cutting is performed by a band blade mounted on two 200 mm titanium wheels fixed to a titanium crosspiece
Cutting carriage guided on “Hepco” stainless rails and rollers
Cutting motion driven by a Sew Usocome servo reducer, through shaft, and two crank-connecting systems
Wheels are driven by a Sew Usocome gear motor with a transmission shaft and expandable pulley for constant tensioning of the V-drive belt
A torque limiter system ensures correct tensioning of the band blade
Automatic lubrication of the cutting blade supplied by a low-pressure water line
DISCHARGE CONVEYOR
Receiving and distributing slices is handled by a two-ply polyurethane belt conveyor powered by a Sew Usocome servo reducer
Products are discharged via a 16 mm diameter sabre at the end of the conveyor
