Aircraft AIRPROFI 853/100 P

New demonstration machine! List price €1,999 net. Maximum, robust equipment and the best quality at an attractive price. Fully automatic on/off operation. Equipped with all safety devices. Completely ready for connection. High-quality electric motor with high starting torque is equipped with a motor protection switch. Starting capacitor and starting relief valve ensure easy starting. Standard equipped with a phase inverter for easy manual reversal of the direction of rotation. Compressed air generation via a high-performance HOS unit. The starting relief valve ensures easy and pressure-free starting. The two-cylinder high-performance unit made of cast iron and the low speed guarantee particularly smooth and low-vibration operation and a long service life. This ensures an even longer service life due to even less wear. High-quality compressor with optimal lubrication for a long service life and high reliability. Equipped with a high-quality intake filter. The aftercooler with large cooling fins ensures a low tank inlet temperature and thus less moisture in the compressed air, which protects the pneumatic tools. Additionally equipped with an intercooler to the aftercooler. Corrosion-free valve plates for improved heat dissipation and durability of the compressor. The large fan wheel and a cooling air deflector on the cylinder ensure optimal cooling of the compressor. A stable metal belt guard provides optimal protection of the components and high user safety. Compressed air supply to the tank via a flexible armored hose with heat protection prevents vibrational breakage. Powerful and efficient drive. The toothed drive belt facilitates starting, improves smooth running and power transmission, and reduces power consumption by up to 30%. Stable metal belt guard. Operation at the service unit. Equipped with a high-quality CONDOR pressure switch MDR 5 with a robust push-button function for fully automatic on/off operation. Filter pressure regulator for stepless adjustment of the working pressure, while simultaneously separating dirt, oil and condensate. Two large manometers indicate the tank and working pressure. Air outlet at the service unit via a comfortable safety quick coupling. Only fixed screw connections at the service unit, no hose connections. Two compressed air outlets. One compressed air outlet for filtered compressed air. One compressed air outlet via a direct outlet on the tank with a ball valve. Comfortable safety coupling - the advantages. Comfortable safety couplings from AIRCRAFT, the first manufacturer to use them as standard. Two separate locking systems for maximum work safety. Prevents dangerous whipping of the hose line. Comfortable and safe to transport and set up. Ergonomically extended handle for comfortable transport in an almost upright position - lifting stress on the back is avoided. Puncture-proof PU foam wheels and a stable steering chassis with parking brake enable easy transport. The parking brake prevents both rotational and rolling movement of the wheels and ensures an optimal position of the compressor. With a practical second transport handle on the tank, which makes it easier to carry the compressor. Technical data: Intake capacity approx. 850 l/min. Filling capacity approx. 680 l/min. Maximum pressure 10 bar. Tank capacity 100 l. Number of compression stages 2. Compressor speed 1240 min-1. Sound power level Lw 95 dB.
