The powerful, mobile welding fume extractors of the AL-KO CLEAN UNIT F series are the ideal solution for extracting fumes generated during manual welding, at automated welding stations, or on welding robots.

Functionality:
The welding fumes generated at the workstation are captured, among other methods, using extraction arms and hoods, and are conveyed via ductwork to the inlet of the AL-KO CLEAN UNIT F. In a spacious pre-separation chamber, coarse particles are separated out. The subsequent filter cartridges, categorized as dust class “M,” extract the remaining fine dusts. During operation, a differential pressure-controlled filter cleaning system frees the filter cartridges from adhering particles. Special venturi nozzles on the filter cartridges increase the cleaning performance, ensuring consistently high suction power and a long filter service life. A volume flow monitor continuously checks the required extraction capacity and issues a warning if the target value falls below the threshold. The cleaned dust is collected in an easily maneuverable container. The purified air is returned to the room via the top of the device.
