AL-KO POWER VAC

The AL-KO POWER VAC series units are used wherever powerful suction capacity and a high air volume flow are required. Typical applications include chip extraction at saws in window manufacturing or direct extraction of milling chips at multi-head welding machines.

Functionality:
Due to a negative pressure of up to 10,000 Pa, chips and dust generated are efficiently and safely extracted directly at their source. This ensures smooth production processes and impeccable product quality. The bag filters guarantee a high separation efficiency for both coarse particles and fine dust. Additionally, a ductwork system can be connected to link multiple processing machines with the extraction unit. AL-KO POWER VAC units are equipped with the proven AL-KO OPTI JET filter cleaning system and come standard with a control system incorporating a frequency inverter. This allows suction performance to be continuously adjusted to meet operational requirements.
