AL-KO ECO JET

With air flow rates of up to 22,000 m³/h, the stationary compact filter units of the ECO JET series offer a wide range of applications. They are the ideal extraction solution for machines in various manufacturing sectors and industries, including larger machining centers. Eligible for BAFA funding under Module 4.

ECO JET series units are equipped with clean-air-side mounted fans, which draw dust- and chip-laden air towards the filter unit. The highest performance DUO models are fitted with two fans operating in parallel. A flange connection at the filter unit’s inlet allows for the attachment of individually sized ductwork. Thanks to aerodynamically optimized airflow within the separation chamber, coarse particles are immediately removed before reaching the filter sleeves. Remaining dust separated by the filters is automatically cleaned off by the AL-KO OPTI JET® filter cleaning system, with the collected material being discharged into mobile collection bins beneath the filter unit.
