AL-KO OIL JET

Efficient extraction of coolants and lubricants directly at the machine tool

The two standard units, AL-KO OIL JET 600 and OIL JET 1200, are the ideal solution for the direct extraction of oil and emulsion mist at all common lathes, grinding, and milling machines.

Fields of application:
AL-KO OIL JET units are used wherever modern machining centers generate oil and emulsion mists during the manufacturing process that need to be extracted directly from the machining area. Depending on the size of the machining area, operating hours, and the type of coolant used, either the OIL JET 600 model or the higher-performance OIL JET 1200 model is selected. The AL-KO OIL JET units are compatible with all standard cooling and lubricating fluids and are mounted directly on the machine tool or placed next to it on an optional stand column.

Operating principle:
The highly efficient filter system of the AL-KO OIL JET units comes standard with three filtration stages that purify the extracted air from emulsions and material particles.
1st stage: Washable metal mesh filter
2nd stage: Framed LoTex® filter mat

3rd stage: Main filter cassette (ePM1 80%)
The first filtration stage captures coarse particles. The second stage consists of a drained, nano-coated mat that separates and channels emulsion content. The third stage removes the finest residual particles. The emulsion, mainly separated in the second stage, is collected in the bottom compartment of the unit and can be discharged.
