Altendorf F 45 EvoDrive

You can obtain all common Altendorf models from the F25, F35, WA80, F45, as well as the Hand Guard machine, in all available configurations.

Increased Cutting Height for Single-Sided Tilting
- This option is equipped for single-sided tilt with a large extraction hood, for a maximum saw blade diameter of 550 mm and a maximum blade projection of 204 mm.
- In combination with a scoring unit, the maximum saw blade diameter is 500 mm with a cutting height of 179 mm.
- Available only with a minimum drive power of 5.5 kW (7.5 HP).

2-Axis Scoring Unit for One-Sided Tilt
- Electromotive height and lateral adjustment, scoring blade height programmable with quick lowering and raising, drive motor 0.75 kW (1 HP), 8,200 rpm

The Altendorf double roller carriage is famous for its smooth operation and precise guidance. The carriage can be locked in any position continuously. The large double rollers, precisely manufactured from hardened steel, ensure absolute accuracy between the top and bottom carriages via hard-chromed guide rods. This running quality is maintained even after decades of use and exposure to dirt. The carriage is designed as an extremely torsion-resistant, dimensionally stable multi-chamber hollow system. The table surface is precisely planed and anodized. A hard-chromed round bar, form-fitted into the top carriage, serves as a guide for the cross slide and various accessories. The entire unit requires minimal maintenance and no lubrication.

On/Off Switch on the Double Roller Carriage
- The on/off switch is always within easy reach on the double roller carriage. Both the main saw blade and the scorer can be switched on or off using the four push buttons—saving time and increasing safety.

Angle/Mitre Fence, Crosscuts up to 3,500 mm
- This patented Altendorf fence with integrated length compensation facilitates precise cutting of angles and mitres in a single operation. In both positions, the swivel angle can be adjusted continuously up to 49° and is displayed via a measuring scale.
