Technical data / technical details:
The FLW is a flexible and highly productive laser welding cell with extensive equipment. The focused laser beam is used as an energy source to melt or fuse materials together. The laser welding cell consists of a fiber laser with a 6-axis industrial robot, which moves on a travel rail. The parts to be welded are clamped onto a rotary-tilt table. The safety enclosure is equipped with a sliding door, ensuring safe operation.

The integrated rotating optics allow the laser beam to orbit. The patented system by AMADA enables welding of larger gap dimensions with or without filler material, and even aluminum can be welded.
NC focus system:
The NC focus system automatically sets the optimal focal position for each welding condition. It equally facilitates welding of simple butt joints as well as hard-to-reach corners.
Filler wire and intelligent gas supply:
Up to 20 kg of filler wire can be carried. When using the TAS (Teach Assistant System), the gas nozzle retracts automatically.
TAS (Teach Assistant System):
The TAS system eliminates tedious manual teaching operations. Deviations between the programmed and actual seam path are detected by a CCD camera.
Condition:
Very good condition. Machine has been used very little: approx. 16,500 hours.
