Horizontal, intermittently operating, gear-driven packaging machine for the automatic production, filling, and sealing of flat pouches with regular or irregular shapes, optionally with a euro hole, without zip closure. Configurable for 3-side or 4-side seal. Especially suitable for small pouch sizes. Integration of various filling systems possible (auger filler, scale, volumetric dosing, liquid, paste, and other dosing units). Four pouches are processed per production step, resulting in higher output per minute. Four dosing units are required for the production process. Main components: PLC, touchscreen operator panel (menu available in various languages, e.g., English, German, etc.), temperature control. — Specifications: Pouch sizes (min.-max.): L(70–180)xW(50–90)mm; max. fill capacity: 100ml; max. idle machine cycle rate: 78 cycles/minute (up to 310 pouches/minute); 14kW; 24m³/h; machine dimensions: (L)7050x(W)970x(H)1360mm; weight 3000kg. All product-contact parts are made of stainless steel (SS304). The dosing units and/or other auxiliary attachments (e.g., outfeed conveyor or similar) shown in the machine photo are optional extras and for illustration purposes only. The machine is suitable for a wide range of composite films. We will gladly test and confirm compatibility based on your samples.
