Horizontally operating, intermittently driven, gear-controlled packaging machine for the automatic production, filling, and sealing of flat pouches in regular or irregular shapes, featuring a top rotary closure. 3-side or 4-side sealing is adjustable. Especially suitable for small pouches. Integration of various filling systems is possible (auger filler, scales, volumetric dosing, liquid, paste, and other filling units). Two bags are processed per production step, resulting in higher output per minute. Two dosing units are required for the production process. Main components: PLC, touchscreen operating monitor (menu available in multiple languages such as English, German, etc.), temperature control. - Specifications: Bag sizes (min.-max.): L(90-180)xW(50-80)mm; max. filling capacity: 100ml; max. idle machine cycle rate: 75 cycles/min (equals max. 150 bags/min); 4.5kW; 13m³/h; machine dimensions: (L)3550x(W)970x(H)1500mm; weight: 1500kg. All product-contact parts are made from stainless steel (SS304). The dosing units and/or further additional modules (e.g., discharge conveyor or similar) shown in the machine photo are optional extras and not included in the standard scope; pictured for demonstration only.
