Horizontally operating, intermittent, gear-driven packaging machine for the automatic production, filling, and sealing of flat pouches with regular or irregular shapes, equipped with a top rotary closure. Three-side or four-side sealing is adjustable. Particularly suitable for medium-sized pouches. Integration of various filling systems possible (auger filler, scale, volumetric dispenser, liquid, paste, and other dosing units). One pouch is processed per production step. Main components: PLC, touchscreen operation monitor (menu available in different languages, e.g., English, German, etc.), temperature control. - Specifications: Pouch sizes (min.–max.): L(80–225) x W(50–180) mm; max. filling capacity: 400 ml; max. output rate (idle): 70 cycles/minute; 5.5 kW; 15 m³/h; machine dimensions: (L) 4500 x (W) 970 x (H) 1500 mm; weight: 1800 kg. All parts that come into contact with the product are made of stainless steel (SS304). The dosing units and/or other additional attachments (e.g. outfeed conveyor or similar) shown in the machine photos are optional equipment and serve for illustration purposes only. The machine is suitable for a wide range of composite films. We are happy to test and confirm compatibility based on a sample.
