Filling and capping machine for dosing liquids and pastes into stand-up pouches (Doypacks) with spout and screw cap. The rotary machine is specifically designed for filling all types of liquids such as water, juices, sauces like soy sauce, salad dressings, tomato sauce, or higher viscosity products like barbecue/BBQ sauces, honey, extending to viscous products such as peanut butter, fruit jams, nut nougat cream, and more. The filling and capping machine is equipped with six filling heads for dosing liquids, as well as six heads each for positioning and capping the spout lids. The production process is fully automated, from pouch feeding, filling, nozzle cleaning, supplying the caps via an elevating feeder, capping, to discharging the finished products. A continuous liquid level control ensures accurate filling volumes. PLC control, touchscreen operator panel (menu available in various languages, for example, English, German, etc.).
