Filling and capping machine for filling liquids and pastes into stand-up pouches (Doypacks) with screw caps (spouts). Suitable for pre-made stand-up pouches with a side spout (corner spout) or top spout. The rotary indexing machine is equipped with 3 filling units, each with two filling heads for liquid dispensing, and each with two heads for positioning and closing the spout caps. Additional features include: cap feed lift, external module for CIP cleaning, air cleaning system for the internal area of the machine. Electronic components by Schneider and Omron, PLC and touchscreen by SIEMENS, pneumatic components by AIRTAC.
