Brand new filling machine / dosing machine suitable for filling liquids, pastes, creams, oils, etc. This machine can handle almost any liquid as well as thicker substances.

This is a very robust machine made from high-quality stainless steel, operated by compressed air and 220V power supply – truly Plug and Play! Ideally suited for filling small batches. A very small compressor is sufficient to operate this machine; we can supply one if required. We recommend at least a 12L version.

The filling machine is equipped with a 500ml cylinder, enabling a max fill of 500ml per stroke. Multiple strokes can be set for larger volumes, for example, to fill 750ml you can use 2 x 375ml strokes. The smallest filling volume per stroke is 50ml; all quantities between 50ml and 500ml can be filled in a single stroke. We also have a model with a 100ml cylinder, which can fill between 5ml and 100ml per stroke. We would be happy to provide more information upon request.

A large 25L hopper is mounted on the machine; optionally, it is possible to connect directly to an IBC container or a 200L drum, enabling even faster operation when handling large quantities. The machine is equipped with both a foot pedal and an automatic mode. In automatic mode, the machine will continuously fill – enabling rapid processing of larger batch sizes. The filling speed can be adjusted. With the foot pedal, filling is done at your own pace.

Depending on the operator and the volume per fill, 15-25 units per minute can be filled, making this a very fast machine. The machine weighs approximately 15-20kg and can be easily placed on a tabletop. Fully constructed from stainless steel, this is a top-quality professional unit.
