Filling and capping machine for filling liquids and pastes into stand-up pouches (Doypacks) with spout and screw cap. Suitable for pre-made stand-up pouches with a side spout (corner spout) or top spout. The rotary machine is equipped with two filling heads for liquid dispensing, and two heads each for positioning and sealing the spout caps. Additional equipment includes: feed lift for spout caps, external module for CIP cleaning, air purification system for internal cleaning. Electronic components by Schneider and Omron, PLC and touchscreen by SIEMENS, pneumatic components by AIRTAC.
