Sample system for filling liquids into bottles, capping with a screw cap, and subsequent labeling of the bottles. Complete system consisting of: feeding and sorting table; filling machine with 4 filling heads for liquids with high or low viscosity; cap closing machine for various cap sizes and shapes, including cap sorting feeder; labeling machine for bottles/cans/containers made of glass or plastic; collection table. The individual machines of the packaging line are interconnected via conveyor belts, providing high flexibility in system configuration.

-Specifications: Number of filling nozzles: 4; filling range: 100–1000 ml; dosing method: piston pump; accuracy: +/- 1%; bottle height: 15–400 mm; bottle diameter: 25–200 mm; speed: up to 1,000 bottles/hour; label size: L25–300 mm, W20–180 mm. All product-contacting parts are made from stainless steel 304. Dimensions and total weight of the system depend on the specific layout. Please note: this is only a sample system.
