Automatic filling and capping system for liquid dispensing. Suitable for a variety of liquids and oils, both for food applications (still water, juices, liqueurs, olive oil, sunflower oil, etc.) and non-food applications (perfumes, cosmetic oils, cleaning agents, etc.). The automatic filling machine features 2 filling heads that move both vertically and horizontally, enabling continuous filling and thus higher cycle rates. The movable filling heads automatically detect the position of the bottles and the diameter of the bottle neck, resulting in additional advantages as fewer adjustments and sensor calibrations are required—within a certain range. This significantly simplifies changeovers to different bottle sizes, ultimately reducing downtime thanks to time savings. Easy changeover to different bottle widths and heights without the need for additional format sets. After filling, bottles are conveyed via a transport belt to the automatic cap closing machine. Cap positioning and closing are fully automated.
