Automatic tray sealer including module for creating a protective atmosphere. Optionally, a protective gas mixture and/or vacuum is generated inside the tray—prior to sealing the tray with film. For an additional charge, a skin vacuum module can be integrated into the packaging machine. The AMTEC tray sealer is therefore particularly interesting for products from the food industry, as the displacement of oxygen allows foods to remain fresh and have a longer shelf life. Ribbon printer for best-before date or batch number is included in the price. PLC by OMRON, touchscreen by WEINVIEW, servo motors by Panasonic, pneumatic valves and cylinders by AIRTAC.
