Semi-automatic tray sealer with modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) and vacuum function. Before sealing the tray, a protective atmosphere can be created by injecting a protective gas mixture and/or generating a vacuum. By displacing oxygen, for example, food products remain fresh and have a longer shelf life. For an additional charge, a skin vacuum module can be integrated into the packaging machine. The AMTEC tray sealer is therefore especially suitable for food processing businesses. Thermal transfer printer for best before date or batch number is included in the price. PLC by OMRON, touchscreen by WEINVIEW, servo motors by Panasonic, pneumatic valves and cylinders by AIRTAC. - Specifications: 2-lane version for 2 trays (optionally up to 4 or 6 trays per cycle at extra cost); sealing chamber size: L550 x W(200-600)mm; max. machine cycle rate at idle: 12 cycles/min (sealing only) or 5 cycles/min (vacuum/gas flushing plus sealing); gas mixture: N2 or N2+CO2; pump capacity for gas flushing: 63m³/h; machine dimensions: L1360 x W940 x H1530mm; weight: approx. 750kg.
