Semi-automatic tray sealer with protective gas and vacuum function. Before sealing the tray, a modified atmosphere can be created by injecting a protective gas mixture and/or generating a vacuum. By displacing oxygen, for example, food products stay fresh and retain shelf life for longer. A skin-vacuum module can be integrated into the packaging machine for an additional charge. The AMTEC tray sealer is therefore particularly interesting for food processing businesses. Thermal transfer printer for best before date or batch number is included in the price.
