AMTEC VFFS-MWM H14-S90XS

VFFS machine with integrated gravity metal detector for inspecting vertically falling products, featuring a 14-head multihead weigher for bulk materials and granulates. Compact design without a platform frame. Suitable for the production of pillow bags with back seam, gusset stand-up pouches (gusset tool required), OR pyramid-shaped bags (special sealing unit required). The vertical form fill seal machine is equipped with: touchscreen; PLC; photosensor (for registration mark detection) for seal/cut positioning; servo-driven sealing unit for end seals; servo motor for film feed; thermal transfer printer for batch number, date, and best-before date.

- Multihead weigher specifications: Number of weigh heads: 14; Weighing range (single discharge): 1~60g; Volume per weigh head: 0.3L; Weighing accuracy: X(0.5); Discharge gate: single flap; Surface finish: smooth (optionally dimpled); product-contact parts made of AISI 304 (optionally AISI 316 at extra cost).
