AMTEC VFFS-SYS LP 50-L ECO

Complete dosing and packaging system for liquids, including tank, pump, and outfeed conveyor belt. Suitable for both viscous and non-viscous liquids such as creams, toothpaste, body lotion, shampoo, mayonnaise, ketchup, honey, jam, edible oil, vinegar, juice, milk, etc. The vertical form-fill-seal (VFFS) packaging machine is equipped with the following components: PLC (touchscreen operation monitor, available in various languages such as English, German, etc.), date printer, automatic program setup, registration mark sensor, quick-change forming set, pneumatic sealing unit, servomotor for film feed, dual transport possible, air removal/extraction device (removes air from the pouch before sealing—no vacuum is generated), holder for heavy finished bags, Euro hole punching device, suitable for OPP and PE film (PE unit available at extra cost if required).
