AMTEC VFFS-SYS MHW 50-L ECO

Complete version of the vertical packaging system with 10-head multihead weigher (1.3 l/head), Z-bucket conveyor, operator platform, discharge conveyor belt, and rotary collection table for finished, packaged products. Suitable for packing irregular-shaped bulk materials such as potato chips, cornflakes, biscuits, nuts, sweets, shrimp, as well as industrial components and products such as screws, nails, metal or plastic parts. The vertical form, fill and seal machine (VFFS) is equipped with the following components: PLC (touchscreen operation panel, available in various languages including English, German, etc.), date printer, automatic program setup, registration mark sensor, quick-change forming assembly, pneumatic sealing unit, servo motor-driven film transport, double pull mechanism possible, air separator/exhaust device (removes air from the bag before sealing – does not generate vacuum), heavy bag support device, Euro hole punch, suitable for OPP and PE film (PE unit may require surcharge).

The weighing unit with its 10 weighing heads (1.3l/head) offers high weighing accuracy. Also equipped with a PLC, operated via touchscreen (multilingual user interface available), up to 99 programs can be preset or saved. The servo-motor (memory hopper) can be adjusted for different product types.
