AMTEC VFFS-SYS Coffee 60L

Complete vertical packaging system for dosing coffee beans AND ground coffee, and packaging into stand-up coffee pouches with aroma valve. The system features two separate dosing units (auger filler for powder, volumetric doser for granules) and is equipped with a Z-bucket elevator, screw conveyor, discharge conveyor belt, and an AMTEC PRO P60L as the VFFS packaging machine. Also included are a hot embossing coder for date and batch number (optionally: thermal transfer printer upon request), an anti-static module, stand-up pouch module (gusset device), and a flat-bottom module (bottom seam applied closely to pouch base, depending on film material).
