AMTEC VFFS-SYS Tea LW50

Packaging system for fully automatic dosing, filling, and packaging of tea into tetrahedral tea bags. Dosing or weighing of the tea is performed by an 8-head linear weigher, which is already included in the price. The tetrahedral tea bag packaging machine uses ultrasonic welding technology to produce either flat conventional tea bags or tetrahedral tea bags. Finally, the (flat or tetrahedral) tea bags are packed into outer pouches, using either 3-side seal pouches or pouches with a back seal.
