Includes blow molding machine (blow molding machine with 4-blow stations, air drying system, compressed air compressor, cooling unit), bottle infeed table, automatic rinsing/filling/capping machine, cap feeding machine, inspection box for lamp inspection, drying unit, automatic shrink label machine, inkjet coder, automatic wrapping machine, conveyor system. - Production flow: bottle blowing > bottle rinsing > bottle filling > bottle capping > lamp inspection > shrink labeling > heat shrinking > inkjet coding > packaging. - Specifications: 3,000 cycles/h (based on 500ml); bottle volume: 350–1,500ml; PET bottles; standard 28/30mm PET cap; 1,500 liters water bottled per hour; 500 liters rinse water consumption per hour; gravity filling; 24 bottles per multipack. The specifications depend on the final layout and the customer-specific combination of machines and modules.
