AMTEC WTIS HFFS 60 LID

Packaging line for the production and packing of wet wipes such as hygiene wipes, cleaning wipes, care wipes, and disinfection wipes. The line consists of a wet wipes manufacturing unit, a flow-wrap unit, and a unit for applying a resealable lid. Wet wipes production process: unwinding of nonwoven material from two parent rolls and longitudinal cutting into five lanes per roll (up to the wetting process) for fast production, longitudinal folding in Z or C-fold (change of folding tool required), wetting via multiple spray nozzles, cross cutting (wipe length), stacking, and transfer to the packaging unit. The flow-wrap packaging unit performs the infeed of wet wipes, foil feeding and printing (hot-stamping), hole punching (wipe removal), placement of the resealable label and, if necessary, a sealing label (the integrated dual-lane labeler allows staggered labeling), pouch cutting / heat-sealing, and transfer to the lid unit. The lid unit is equipped with two lid magazines and a labeler. The lids are applied to the packs using a hot-melt gluing process. The liquid supply system for moistening the wipes consists of two tanks with continuously agitating mixers and a liquid recirculation unit. - Specifications: suitable for dry nonwovens (spunlace); fold: Z or C-fold (change of folding tool required); adjustable folding width per side; dimensions of folded wipe: L(120-220)xW(90-110)mm; dimensions of unfolded wipe: L(120-220)xW(150-220)mm; number of wipes per pack (min. to max.): 30-120 wipes; wet wipe basis weight: 40-80g/m²; machine cycle rate (idle): max. 5600 wipes/min or max. 60 packs/min; pouch size: depends on fold dimensions and number of wipes per pack; film roll dimensions: width max. 360 mm, diameter max. 400 mm; suitable films: OPP film (transparent, printed or laminated); parent roll nonwoven dimensions: width 800-1320mm, diameter max. 1200mm; label roll dimensions: width max. 60mm, diameter max. 300mm; lid dimensions: width max. 80mm, length max. 120mm; liquid tank dimensions: 900x900x1900 mm; packaging line dimensions: L16273xW5404xH2350 mm; total weight: approx. 12000kg; power: 27kW, 380V, 3-phase.
