General Features – Haul-Off System:
- Belt type
- Contact length: 500 mm (special PU coating)
- Contact width: 80 mm
- Haul-off motor power: 2 x EMF torque motors (one for each belt)
- Working range: 5–90 mm
- Operating speed: 60 m/min (speed adjustable as required)
- Cutter motor power: 1 kW (Siemens V90 series servomotor and Siemens servo drive)
- The working range can be adjusted to match the thickness of the processed material.
- The lower and upper belts are separately controlled by torque motors and run synchronously via this system. There are no belt pulleys in the system; the belts are controlled individually by torque motors.
- SICK 1024-pulse encoder used for line speed control.
- Lower belt system is stationary, upper belt system is movable.
- Pulling belts are coated with Linatex rubber material.
- The haul-off unit is controlled via PLC.
- The circular saw is powered by a PLC-controlled 1 kW servo motor (Siemens V series).
- Upper and lower covers of the water tank including the cutting blade are made completely of stainless steel.
- Cutting accuracy +/- max. 2 mm.
- Haul-off covers and cutting blade housing are fitted with Pilz safety magnetic door sensors.
- Pilz safety relay is standard in the electrical control panel.
- Electrical control panel is manufactured to meet Category 4 safety standards.
- Power supply: 380–400V / 50Hz.
- Complies with CE/UL standards.

PLC System Features
- 7" Weintek touchscreen operator panel for full machine control.
Through the unit’s touchscreen operator panel, the following can be set or viewed:
- Cut length
- Number of pieces to cut
- Line speed indication
- Dancer roller position
- Cutting blade position adjustment
- Reel length information
- Order list
- Fault diagnostics/messages clearly displayed
- English language option available
- The unit stores the total cut count since initial commissioning
- Custom menus compatible with your system can be added
