Vacuum membrane press with pneumatically lifted membrane is designed for heating and forming thermoplastic materials such as PET felt, solid surface (e.g. CORIAN, HI-MACS, STARON, KERROCK, LG, PLEXIGLAS and others), which after heat treatment can be shaped into virtually any form. The machine is fitted with a heating system to shorten bonding times and increase production efficiency. TVG series vacuum presses are suitable for both small and large manufacturing facilities.
