The machine is equipped with a workpiece table for 3 broaching stations. The tool clamping system is designed for spring-operated draw heads according to DIN 1417/18 for locking broaching tools in the draw bridge. The needle extractor heads in the tool feeder are hydraulically locked. The machine includes a coolant system with integrated magnetic band chip conveyor for installation in a pit.

Remarks:
The machine is in very good condition and still has its original paintwork. It is designed for use in serial production; for optimal operation, a foundation (pit) is ideally required. Draw heads and needle extractors are available upon request. The machine can be inspected at our warehouse.
