MG 50 TVE VERTICAL HYDRAULIC BALER

Vertical hydraulic baler model MG 50 T.V.E. 1200x1100x3500h, designed for compacting and baling soft waste materials such as glass wool mats or similar.

The MG 50 T.V.E. model features a fully enclosed compaction chamber. Both the material loading door and the bale extraction door can be opened. The electrical control panel is mounted on the side with integrated controls and is equipped with a 10-meter extension to allow remote positioning away from the baler. The pressing plate is operated by a single cylinder with a 2700 mm stroke and guided by four lateral sliding guides. Material loading is carried out from the front.

The compaction cycle (down and up movement of the compactor) is automatic and activated by a button.
- For transportation, the machine will be delivered in three parts: one 2000 mm high, one approximately 2300 mm (the cylinder, to be assembled onsite).
- The bale tying system is preset type, performed with doors open and tied manually. Using the slots at the back of the chamber, the bale can be tied with standard pre-cut wire or strapping.
- Bale extraction from the machine is performed using a forklift, with dedicated channels at the base allowing insertion of the forklift tines.
- The bale discharge door is secured with a handwheel, ensuring safe opening even with elastic materials. A microswitch ensures the door is fully closed before pressing. The upper door is fitted with a hydraulic lever closure with onboard controls.
- Can be positioned flush against a wall; requires only frontal space for loading and bale extraction.
- The hydraulic system is fitted with a safety block valve to prevent press fall.
- The machine must be anchored to the floor and is installed above a collection tray for washing liquids.
