Manufacturer's Description – Roller Applicator Machine Dosing System DWO

For roller application of liquid media such as glue (including PU adhesive suitable for machine application, cold), oil, UV oil, wax, stain, paint, lye, etc., to flat substrate materials such as wood, cork, cardboard, rigid foam, soft foam, metal, granite, etc.
Oiling, waxing, lye application, and staining of furniture, flooring, and parquet are standard operations.

Very small application quantities are possible, e.g. UV oil at 5 g/m², for both small and large series. The liquid dosage is continuously adjustable via the dosing roller. The roller surface structure determines the minimum application amount: coarse, medium, or fine-grooved, open-pored, fine-pored, smooth.

Various hardness levels and chemical resistances are available. Each roller can be removed for cleaning within half a minute.
All parts – except the drive – are made of high-quality, non-corrosive materials such as stainless steel (V2A) and aluminium.

This machine was used for applying dispersion adhesive during bonding of PU foams and is equipped with an optional, finely ground stainless steel application roller (subject to a surcharge).
