1. Total power output of the electric motors: 2 x 45 = 90 kW

3. Shredding capacity: 3–4 tons/hour (aluminum profiles, drums, refrigerators, etc.; steel thickness up to 3 mm and waste)
4. Cutting blades are made from HARDOX 500 material. Blade thickness is 6 cm and they are hardfaced with an HRC 60 coating via welding. Blades are easy to replace.
5. Loading chamber dimensions: 800 mm x 1200 mm
6. The chamber walls are lined with HARDOX 500 material.
7. The entire machine body is sandblasted prior to painting.
8. Two base coats and one top coat of paint are applied.
9. Rotor movement is powered by an electric motor coupled with a gearbox.
10. The rotors operate independently from one another.
11. The shredder can be loaded by means of grapples or conveyor belts.
12. In case of a blockage between the rotor blades, the machine reverses the rotors to clear the jam.
13. Once the blockage is cleared, the rotors resume normal operation. If the blockage persists, the machine automatically stops and an audible alarm is triggered.
14. A hydraulic oil cooling system is installed.
15. Rotors are independent and operate at 18-20 rpm.
16. Hydraulic system components are supplied by PARKER or EATON-VICKERS & KAWASAKI brands.
17. All electrical components are from SCHNEIDER and SIEMENS brands.
18. The machine is fully automatic, equipped with SIEMENS S7-1200 PLC control.
