Calibrating and Fine Finishing Automatic Machine, Wide Belt Sander with Electronic Segmented Pad and Lacquer Sanding

Ideal sanding machine for interior finishing workshops, also suitable for intermediate lacquer sanding.

Single belt machine with combination unit and electronic segmented pressure beam; edge segments can be individually activated or deactivated.
Segment width of pressure beam: 35mm
Pneumatic adjustment of contact roller, low wear due to grooved steel roller.
Grit compensation.
Drive motor 7.5kW with automatic motor brake, infinitely variable belt speed, frequency-controlled from 2 - 18 m/s.
Feed belt speed steplessly adjustable via frequency inverter from 2.5 - 13 m/min.
Pneumatic, workpiece-controlled belt cleaning air system.
Cleaning brush at the outfeed.
Constant working height of 900mm by adjusting the machine upper section; can thus be integrated into sanding lines.
Feed belt is still very grippy and in very good condition.
Maximum sanding width approx. 1090mm.
Workpiece height approx. 3 to 150mm.
Common sanding belt size: 1120 x 1900mm.
3 rubber-coated pressure rollers.
