Ideal sanding machine for interior finishing workshops, also suitable for intermediate lacquer sanding.
Single-belt machine with combination unit and electronic sectional pressure beam, edge segments can be switched on and off.
Segment width of pressure beam: 35mm.
Contact roller pneumatically adjustable, low wear due to grooved steel roller.
Grit compensation.
Drive motor 7.5 kW with automatic motor brake, infinitely variable belt speed regulated by frequency inverter, 2 - 18 m/s.
Feed belt infinitely variable via frequency inverter, adjustable from 2.5 - 13 m/min.
Pneumatic, workpiece-controlled belt blowing device.
Cleaning brush at the outfeed.
Constant working height of 900mm by adjusting the upper part of the machine, which allows integration in sanding lines.
Feed belt is still very grippy and in very good condition.

3 rubber-coated pressure rollers.
