The undersigned, DDG INSOLVENCY I.P.U.R.L., with registered office in Cluj-Napoca, str. Septimiu Albini, no. 115, Cluj county, VAT no. RO27987796, registration number: 2A0522, represented by the insolvency practitioner Godorogea Daniel-Lucian in his capacity as judicial liquidator of ELEMENTO MOBILI S.R.L. – in bankruptcy, with registered office in Dej, str. Dumbrava Roșie, no. 6, ground floor, ap. 1, Cluj county, registered at the Trade Registry attached to the Cluj Tribunal under no. J12/2389/2016, unique registration code 36225390, appointed as such by Civil Ruling no. 1278 dated 03.07.2025 issued by the Specialized Tribunal of Cluj in case no. 442/1285/2025,

is organizing a public auction by open outcry, with increasing bids, for the individual sale of the item identified below:
Conventional timber dryer (air/steam ventilation), make Baschild Italia, equipped with 6 chambers and a useful drying capacity of 300 m³, manufactured in 2005 – starting price 36,900 EUR + VAT.

The first auction will take place on 08.04.2026 at 15:00, at the headquarters of DDG Insolvency I.P.U.R.L., Cluj-Napoca, str. Septimiu Albini, no. 115. If unsold, the auction will be repeated on 15.04.2026, 22.04.2026, 29.04.2026, 06.05.2026, 13.05.2026, under the same conditions and at the same time.

For viewing the item, the judicial liquidator will organize a viewing day on 06.04.2026 between 09:00–12:00. Those interested in viewing are invited to contact the judicial liquidator at 0763 478 619 and express their intention to participate, prior to the established date.

During the public auction schedule, the judicial liquidator will also organize additional viewing days, which will be announced to interested parties.

Upon adjudication, the judicial liquidator will issue the invoice for the value of the awarded goods. The conversion of the price into RON will be carried out on the date of invoice issuance, using the exchange rate established by the National Bank of Romania (BNR) for that date.
The bidding increment is 5% of the starting price.

The bidding documentation for participating in the auction will be prepared by the judicial liquidator in accordance with industry practice, it will include the auction regulations, and will be made available by the insolvency practitioner at the price of 5,000 RON + VAT. It can be purchased from the liquidator's headquarters, or by phone and sent to the participant by e-mail.

The participation guarantee is set at 10% of the starting price. This, together with the auction registration documentation, must be submitted at least 24 hours before the auction date at the judicial liquidator's headquarters. The participation guarantee will be deducted from the price of the goods for which the participant has been declared the winner, and will be refunded to those not declared as winners.

In the event of a tie, the participant undertaking to pay the full price in the shortest time will be declared the winner.

The payment term is 5 working days from adjudication. Should the price balance not be paid, the successful bidder will forfeit the deposit paid as a guarantee and will be barred from future auctions.
