Dumbrava Roșie no. 6, ground floor, apt. 1, Cluj county, registered with the Trade Register attached to the Cluj Tribunal under no. J12/2389/2016, unique ID code 36225390, appointed as such by Civil Ruling no. 1278 of 03.07.2025 delivered by the Cluj Specialized Tribunal in case no. 442/1285/2025,

is organizing a public auction with open outcry, with ascending price, for the individual sale of the following asset:

Conventional timber dryer (air/steam ventilation) brand Baschild Italia, equipped with 6 chambers and a net drying capacity of 300 m³, manufactured in 2005 – price €41,000 + VAT.

The first auction will take place on 11.02.2026 at 15:00 at the headquarters of DDG Insolvency I.P.U.R.L., Cluj-Napoca, str. Septimiu Albini no. 115, Cluj county. In the event of no sale, the auction will be repeated on 18.02.2026, 25.02.2026, 04.03.2026, 11.03.2026, and 18.03.2026 under the same terms and at the same time.

For asset inspection, the judicial liquidator will set a viewing day on 04.02.2026 between 10:00–14:00. Interested parties are invited to contact the judicial liquidator and express their intention to participate prior to the set date.

In the case of a successful bid, the judicial liquidator will issue a tax invoice for the adjudicated assets. Price conversion to RON will be done on the date of invoicing, using the exchange rate established by the National Bank of Romania for that day.
The bidding increment is 5% of the starting price.

The auction documentation required for participation will be prepared by the judicial liquidator in accordance with industry practice, will include the auction participation rules, and will be made available by the insolvency practitioner at the price of 5,000 RON + VAT. This can be obtained at the liquidator’s office, or by phone and sent to the participant by e-mail.

The participation guarantee is set at 10% of the starting price. This, together with the auction registration documentation, must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the auction date at the judicial liquidator’s office. The participation guarantee will be deducted from the price of the successfully acquired assets and will be refunded to unsuccessful bidders.

In case of equal bidding prices, the successful bidder will be the one who undertakes to pay the full price in the shortest time.

The price payment term is 5 business days from the adjudication. If the remaining price is not paid, the successful bidder will forfeit the advance paid as a guarantee and will not be able to participate in future auctions organized.
