BHK-TECH MW50-2V Microwave System

System and Function Description

Microwave system consisting of two MW50 V microwave modules, an internal roller conveyor, and two external roller conveyors.

The main microwave chamber is constructed from 3 mm stainless steel sheet and features side-mounted control cabinet segments where high-frequency components are installed behind mechanically and electrically secured covers.

The roller conveyor system for transporting pallets within the system is fabricated with microwave-shielded housing.

The microwave system is equipped with a total of 32 magnetrons, which deliver energy directly into the interior chamber.

This technology ensures even energy distribution within the chamber.

The magnetrons can only be activated when the door is closed and properly sealed.

A door seal system prevents microwave leakage.

Any generated vapors are extracted by two exhaust fans with a total capacity of 17,000 m³/h (free-blowing).

The required cooling for the high-frequency components is provided via the air stream from the exhaust fans, supported by four supply air fans (each with a free-blowing capacity of approx. 3,500 m³/h).

Each side of the system features a dedicated, driven roller conveyor.

Pallets are loaded and unloaded manually by the user.

Sensors verify the correct position of the pallet on the conveyor. The process is initiated via switch on the control panel. The loaded pallet is conveyed into the microwave system and positioned via light barrier.

The microwave system doors are closed and the microwave irradiation process begins.

After completion, the doors open and the pallet is conveyed to the unloading roller conveyor.

The operating time of the magnetrons can be preset on the main control panel in four power levels.
