VACUUM SYSTEM
Segmentation of the vacuum system into 2 working zones and 2 clamping zones in X.
AUXILIARY VACUUM SYSTEM – 2 zones
Allows clamping of workpieces using vacuum templates.

6 ATS Workpiece Supports – 18 Module Carriers
— 6 aluminum workpiece supports. The support movement is guided by linear guides with recirculating ball carriages. Clamping is performed on the front and rear linear guide using pneumatic cylinders. Clamping is released via a push button located on the front of the workpiece support.
— 18 module carriers 132 x 132 x H 41.5 mm with independent pneumatic clamping
The vacuum modules can be rotated by 15° increments on the module carriers; an ideal solution for shaped parts.
— 18 covers for module carriers without template.
SA Set-Up Assistant Table for work tables up to 1550 mm.
Supported manual positioning system with direction indicator and position display.
— Sensors on each work table and along the X-axis of the working area.
— Indication of the direction and position reached during positioning phase, mounted on each work table
The system, according to work table programming, suggests to the operator the moving direction for each work table and carriage, indicating with a green LED and audible signal when the position is reached within a tolerance of ± 1.5 mm.
Segmentation of pneumatic system into 2 working zones in X
Machining unit with 5 interpolating axes, 13 kW (17.4 HP), with HSK F63 adapter, liquid cooled – 20,000 rpm
Extraction hood with 12 NC-controlled positions for the 5-axis electrospindle.
Flange for preparation of a 5-axis interpolating machining unit for mounting of aggregates.
