The KBWF fitotron chamber series by Binder, thanks to the use of natural lighting, ensures uniform and stable conditions for lighting, humidity, and temperature.

These units are ideal for plant cultivation and breeding of other organisms, as uniform light distribution and precise humidity control stimulate growth, similar to the constant temperatures found in climatic chambers.

Temperature can be displayed in the range of 0 °C to 70 °C with an accuracy of one tenth of a degree, and humidity to one tenth of a percent.

The unit is equipped with a microprocessor that reliably controls the humidification and dehumidification system. Humidity is regulated by a capacitive humidity sensor and steam humidification.

Advanced programmable controls enable precise handling of climatic conditions—also for long-term operations.

As standard, the KBEF series chamber features adjustable lighting cassettes, each containing 5 daylight fluorescent tubes.

Special grow lights with a spectrum ideal for photosynthesis are also available, making it possible to simulate optimal climatic conditions for biotechnology, forestry, timber, or agriculture sectors.

Climatic chambers with lighting and humidity control are also suitable for the pharmaceutical and chemical industries, basic quality assurance research, and material testing.

The devices are equipped with a controller with segmental time programming and a color LCD display for high operator comfort.
