We are offering a biomass boiler from the renowned manufacturer Urbas – a top-of-the-line product for the combustion of wet biomass.

Year of manufacture: 2002
Water temperature: 110°C, Pressure: 6 bar
Output: 5.0 MW; due to legal regulations and the absence of an electrostatic precipitator, nominal output reduced to 3.5 MW.
Fuel: wood chips, bark, sawdust, granulation: G 100, maximum moisture content: 60%.

The boiler includes a complete control cabinet, all wiring, all pumps and valves, sensors and probes, thermometers, pipework, a multicyclone (flue gas pre-filter with conveyor screw), a hydraulic ash removal system, hydraulic grates, and a hydraulic sluice beneath the boiler.
The hydraulic fuel feed is equipped with an automatic fire extinguishing system in case of flame flashback.

Approx. 12 m horizontal flue pipe. Three recirculation fans, one chimney fan controlled by a furnace vacuum sensor and temperature, one circulating pump with three-way valve and shut-off valves, as well as a hydraulic fuel conveying system with hydraulic actuator. Documentation of the electrical installation and program description are included.

Optional at extra cost:

- Traversable floor for the fuel storage area, 2 rakes, floor dimensions: 3.8 m x 10 m, including hydraulic pump and complete hydraulic hose set.
- Sectional chimney made of acid-resistant, double-walled, insulated steel, 500 mm diameter, 15 m high.
- Complete dismantling including opening and closing of the roof, crane operation, loading, labeling cables and pipes, as well as photographic documentation of the dismantling process.
