Overview
This slicer, model A 550, was built in Germany in 2012. The automated product intake enables easy securing of products up to 900 mm in length without any strain. The advantages are reduced set-up times, slicing or stacking of almost all types of sausages and cheese—usually without pre-freezing, and its compact design makes it ideal for use in smaller spaces and relocation to wet areas for cleaning purposes. The machine offers particularly simple, ergonomic, and safe handling during production and cleaning, and is quickly available with flexible placement options. It ensures perfect target weight control with portion-by-portion trend regulation. With BRAIN2, easy documentation of production parameters and line performance is possible. The user-friendly touchscreen features language-independent icons.
