BLM LC5

Laser COMBO BLM LC5 FIBER for 2D Fiber technology cutting of sheet metal, tubes, and profiles was built in 2016 in Italy (laser installation: 2017). The laser is equipped with a crosswise exchangeable table and a module for cutting tubes and profiles. It also features a profile feeder and receiving table. The machine operates in an automatic cycle, which means the operator’s task is limited to loading profile bundles onto the feeder and collecting finished parts from the discharge table conveyor. The machine is designed to optimize part nesting on a single profile—after prior measurement. The LC5 enables cutting of both tubes and sheet metal on a single machine. It is the only solution on the market guaranteeing dual-function capability in one machine. The laser provides processing of materials such as steel, stainless steel, brass, copper, and aluminum, handling both small and large format materials with the highest quality and efficiency.
