EASYSTICK is the automated and easy-to-adjust stop system for boring and hardware insertion machines. From fast and simple machine setup to a perfect result, the entire process is optimized: The drilling positions are determined digitally, the stops move automatically and show you the correct positions step by step: Place the panel, drill, done!

With EASYSTICK, planning and processing on the MINIPRESS top are digitalized. You either plan directly on the machine or import your planning data from the cabinet configurator – easily via Wi-Fi or USB stick. The imported production data can be accessed directly and further processed. The EASYSTICK computer also allows you to set processing parameters directly on the MINIPRESS top. Input carcass data and front dimensions, select fittings: EASYSTICK automatically determines the drilling positions for you.

Thanks to EASYSTICK, MINIPRESS top controls the stop positions automatically. The drilling carriage moves automatically along the Y-axis, while the worktable and ruler remain in the same position – easy to set up and precise. With the MINIPRESS top, you achieve a throat depth of up to 350 mm by adjusting the drilling carriage. This, for example, lets you drill centered rows of holes even in large cabinet depths.

With MINIPRESS top, you only need one machine for all vertical and horizontal drilling jobs. Using the horizontal boring unit on the MINIPRESS top, you can carry out construction drillings, e.g., for dowels and connectors, with high precision. The horizontal boring unit is easily accessible and straightforward to adjust and operate.
