Heating Element Welding Machine HP60/40 by BRANSON
Drive system: hydraulic, supported by positioning and control systems.
The machine is equipped with its own vacuum pump.
Usable heating element area: width 600 mm x depth 400 mm
Maximum workpiece dimensions:
- Maximum workpiece width: 620 mm
- Maximum workpiece depth: 420 mm
- Maximum workpiece height (top): 350 mm
- Maximum workpiece height (bottom): 350 mm
(combinations of part heights possible, depending on contour)
- Maximum operating temperature for contact process: 400°C
The machine’s modular frame construction enables easy conversions.
Side doors and the front door in the welding area can be easily opened for quick tool change.
The automatic safety lifting door provides high operational safety.
The temperature controllers in the operator panel are equipped with actual/target displays.
The operator interface uses a Siemens PLC control panel.
Machine control is via Siemens PLC (S7-300).
The heating elements are equipped with temperature sensors for temperature regulation and serve for safety shut-off in case of overheating.
The pin systems in the tool clamping surfaces enable reproducible positioning of fixtures.
