Highly flexible vertical machining center for milling, drilling, and cutting. The BREMA patent for processing: Due to its vertical orientation, this machine series is by far the most flexible and productive machine at a very high quality level. Machine programming and control system using a PC with TPA Albatros software. The programming editor with high-level software interface enables simple and intuitive programming of the machine and also supports:

Panel feeding and handling is managed via motorized vertical transfer with rollers and rubber-coated pressers to clamp the panel during processing; the motorized conveyor is 2000 mm long with electronically adjustable speed via inverter control. Photocells and the NC program ensure the introduction of one or more panels in sequence with selector selection.

Height reading system for the panels consisting of an independent axis that can read the panel height before entering the machine. Reading tolerance of the dimension +/- 0.15 mm; if tolerance is exceeded, an alert is issued and the machine stops the current operation.

System for reading panel thickness with a mechanical probe. Horizontal vice – M.O. axis: allows thickness of the workpiece to be measured by the program. Vertical vice – M.V. axis: allows the program to measure the height dimensions of the workpiece to be machined.

Chain – X axis – patented double section with laser photocells that can read the reference zero point before performing operations. The double section allows processing on the underside of the panel, allowing machining on all 6 sides. Brushless motors with programmable speed control via NC.

Drilling unit with independent spindles 7 + 17 x 32 mm: 24 independent spindles with a 32 mm pitch, arranged as follows:
* 7 spindles aligned on the X axis
* 17 spindles aligned on the Y axis

Unit driven by a high-frequency motor enabling spindle rotation speed changes up to 7000 rpm. The brushless motor allows control of drilling depth and feed rate.
