XCEEDER 900/RT

The XCEEDER is a 5-axis interpolated moving machining center for high-speed milling operations. Specially designed for applications ranging from complex gear and impeller machining to molds, dies, and tooling, suitable for aerospace, automotive, and power generation projects.

Many of the XCEEDER’s advantages stem from the core of its construction. From its impressive rigidity, enabled by the cast iron gantry, to the vibration-damping characteristics of "Metalquartz", Breton’s patented composite material. This material offers thermal inertia and acts as an effective vibration dampener during operations, resulting in very precise and consistent machining responses.
